Kay. I'm finally done with this quiz. Shall start off with today luh. Morning, woke up latelate, 7.10am, reached school 7.23am . Kay, I always go to school like at that timing luh. After recess, received back Pre-test marks. Fuxk, I only got 28, and if I'm not wrong, highest marks is 37. After school, stayed back for NAPFA test, the 5stations luh.

Sit up, I did 31.
Standing Broad Jump, 135cm.
Sit and reach - 32cm.
Inclined pull up, 10.
Shuttle run, 11.9cm.

Wl-eh, like so lan la.
And I am fuxking shock that I can get like, 10 for inclined pull up and 32cm for sit and reach lah? I last yr, inclined pull up do only 4 , then sit and reach 23cm.

And to think that I worried like siao for the NAPFA test.
Thursday or friday, I think is 1.6km run, that one then I worry like mad la, I want train but then I train like no use like tht, actually got use lah., but everytime P.E. train for 1.6km, like run again and again like no difference(?).
